Fix For: 1.5.1
Configuration changes needed by Ambari for Hive's ACID work. In Apache this
will be turned off by default. We recommend the same for HDP in this release.
However, if we want an Ambari switch to turn it on, or if users wish to turn it
on, the config values needed are given here.
