HIVE-5547 adds 2 properties to webhcat config:
templeton.hive.home and templeton.hcat.home which define HIVE_HOME and
HCAT_HOME within tar files specified in templeton.hive.archive.
Ambari should provide default values for properties:
templeton.hive.home=hive.tar.gz/hive
templeton.hcat.home=hive.tar.gz/hive/hcatalog
