Confirm Hosts step:
1. Page size is 20 and pure client side paging
2. The checkbox selects all hosts in that page
3. The checkbox will have a drop down beside it, which when clicked will show a
submenu with 'Select All Hosts' action
4. There will be a table footer to show paging actions < 1 2 3 >
5. When hosts are selected the footer will show 'X hosts selected | Clear
Selection' links (just like hosts page)
