*STR:*
1. Deploy cluster by default scenario(choose all services to install).
2. Start moving Resource Manager from YARN service page.
3. Reach step "Configure component".
*Actual result:*
Operation "Install ResourceManager" freezed on 0%.
*Expected result:*
Current step operations passed successfully and 'Next' button is enable.
P.S. Video attached. Reproduce - 100% for all master components can be moved on
NANO-cluster and ~10% - Vagrant-cluster.
