Description:
On the landing page of security wizard, we should show information warning user
that the wizard will delete ATS component in the cluster.
Also on deploy stage, Delete ATS API call should appear as command like other
commands. (Stop services, Apply configurations, Delete ATS, Start services).
Delete ATS information and command should only appear if the ATS component is
installed on the cluster.
