Looks like the UI does not like the Ubuntu 12 stack definition and errors out
on the Select Stacks page.
Since Ubuntu 12 is not part of 1.5.1, let's add App.supports.ubuntu option. If
this is true, show ubuntu as an OS whose repo URL can be specified. Otherwise,
just ignore ubuntu12 and not display anything in the UI.
