On the HDP 2.1 tech preview VM we have an issue where root owns the
/usr/lib/falcon directory. 'falcon' user should be the owner. This is causing
issues when enabling the lineage feature in falcon ( its in tech preview mode
in Baikal). We need to fix this in the GA version of Sandbox
Incorrectly set permissions -
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4096 Mar 25 05:21 /usr/lib/falcon
