Python2 to Python3 Supports
Python2 to Python3 Supports by handling,
step 1: 2to3 -w files
step 2: manually modifications involving subprocess.Popen.communicate on
unicode transferring from binary to unicode strings, stdout, stdin, stderr and
so on
