Fix For: 1.6.0
Flume service should show a summary page. The summary page should have a table
of all the flume agents on the cluster. Each agent should have the following
information about it:
* Status - up/down
* Host
* Sources count
* Channels count
* Sinks count
There are no metrics/graphs for the Flume service itself.
