Add the ability to pass information to the agent directly through the request.
In this way, the Flume handler can received targeted information about which
Flume agent to work on. Example of how to start the flume agents named a1 and
b1 on host h1

The code will take any value in the requestProperties that matches the
component name and pass that value directly to the host with no modification.
The Ambari agent script can then use that information in any way it needs.
This functionality can be used for other components than just FLUME_HANDLER.
