On Flume service page we show links at 2 places:
* Top summary link saying _X Flume Agents on Y hosts_. This link when clicked
should go to the hosts page with the FLUME_HANDLER component-type filtered
* Each agent as a _host_ column. This should show the host name link. Clicking
should take user directly to host.
The host name can be long, along with agent name. Both columns should hide
overflows. They should have tooltip of what the full name is.
