The Hosts page was broken because of invalid markup. IE 9 was not as lenient as
other browsers.
The other pages were broken Fixed the IE9 > 4095 issue (see
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ieinternals/archive/2011/05/14/10164546.aspx) by
splitting app.css into app.css and vendor.css.
This fixed other rendering issues.
