We are doing paging to get information about Hosts incrementally.
Currently UI is constructing the target of bulk operations. This means that the
UI needs to have knowledge about hosts / host components beyond what's shown as
the current page.
We need to do a UI-side solution where the UI still pulls necessary
information, but in a minimal form (just hostnames and component names).
