Description:
Used /grid/0/... for log file directories during customize services as well as
using NFS mount as a home directory for all of the servers.
YARN ATS and WebHCat wouldn't start.
1. The YARN time server started successfully after creating its parent
directory under /grid/0 /hadoop-yarn with the correct permission.
2. Webhcat server didn't restart since the NFS mounted home directory prevents
WebHcat from creating its history .files.
