Fixed video attached as record-keypress-fixed.mov. After fixing:
1) On "manage config groups" pressing enter does nothing if 'Save' button
disabled.
Does save if the 'Save' button valid.
2) Once you open the nested dialog (to add a group). esc/enter would do action
to nested dialog first then its parent.
Verified on FF29.0/FF24.5, Safari 7.0, IE 10/9, Chrome.
