*Steps To Reproduce*
# Select 2.X stack and go ahead to "Select Services" page
# Navigate back to "Select Stack" page and select 1.x stack
# Go ahead to step-8 "Review" page.
# On clicking next, API call to create components for HDFS service fails with
UI displaying an error message.
