In some wizards there are tasks related to all hosts (ex. Stop All Services)
and if we try to save logs for these tasks on large clusters, we may be blocked
by 5 MB limit for localStorage. We can get tasks details on demand after user
click on it.
It relates to Move Wizard and High Availability Wizard.
