Start all services call failed on installer wizard due to BUG-18369.
Post install stopped all services using Stop All button on service bar.
started all services using Start All button on service bar. This includes doing
service check for all services.
This request failed due to Check HCATALOG task failure.
All the subsequent requests that included Check HCATALOG task failed.
