Erin A Boyd commented on AMBARI-6086:
-------------------------------------
Hi [~jaimin] & [~u39kun]The property we are looking at is namenode_host which I
assume will be mutually exclusive as we would only use this prop in gluster
when HDFS isn't installed. Can we add this back into the config then as well
for trunk and 1.6.1?
Also, we are struggling with HBASE not starting because of slave_hosts is not
in the config dictionary. (Same error as above). However, this value doesn't
appear to be set as a configuration value. I see it checking it on serveral
services, Nagios, HDFS, Ganglia, but perhaps it's set in the params.py on the
before-INSTALL script in the hooks directory?? If so, how can we default this
to something else as this is done before install you don't have a list of what
you are installing, therefore, we can't do a conditional for
isGluster....Thoughts?
