Change property for some service (Hive as example)
Save changes
Click Service Actions->Restart all button
Actual result:
Service Actions->Restart all button does not work (do nothing). Restart passed,
but restart icon still present.
Expected result:
Service Actions->Restart all button works. Restart passed, restart icon is not
present after action.
