HCatalog is defined as a service with one client component HCAT.
HCatalog service definition is declared in HIVE metainfo.xml instead defining
in it's own folder in the stack.
ambari web does not show HCatalog on service bar as client only service after
installation.
When Hcatalog Service configurations are looked in the stacks API, it shows all
hive-site properties.
Considering above mentioned points, It’s more intuitive to remove HCatalog from
service definition on server and make HCAT as client component of Hive service.
The resolution of this ticket will result into a new requirement in the ambari
upgrade-path.
