Ambari does not support ATS (Application TimeLine Server) component of YARN
service in kerberized cluster.
Add Security wizard warns the user about this and deletes the ATS component as
part of the wizard.
Add Service wizard on addition of any service reinstalls ATS serviceComponent
and ATS serviceHostComponent. This is desired behavior
