STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Install cluster using Ambari, check helper for 
yarn.scheduler.minimum-allocation-mb and see the typo

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: yarn.scheduler.minimum-allocation-mb". Tooltip says "TThe 
minimum allocation.."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Should say "The minimum allocation.."
