This was observed on a 2K cluster.
No special steps to repro.
Visit the hosts page. There are 2005 hosts in the cluster.
However, the number of filtered hosts keeps flipping between 10 and 2005.
When it flips to 10, 1) you cannot page through and the bulk ops shows
"Filtered Hosts" as 10 (when in fact this should be 2005).
The same behavior is seen when there are filters applied.
