Description:
There are 2 issues over here:
*1st problem:*
On hitting this error, retry button is shown on the UI (NameNode failed.png).
Clicking on retry button completes the NameNode start action successfully. This
is the wokaround for the 1st problem
*2nd problem:*
After doing workaround for the 1st problem and moving to next page i.e "Manual
command" page, the first instruction says "Login to the namennode host
$\{hostname1\},$\{hostname2\}" instead of pointing out the correct single
namenode host (Manual Commands.png)
