I am trying to install ambari on amazon ec2 instance but getting error with 
installed python on ec2 instance. it needs python 2.6 and my redhat instance 
comes with python 2.7

Below is the error i am getting

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
