Oozie supports coordination between active-active services via OOZIE-615, but
Ambari 1.6 is not capable of deploying more than one Oozie server. Ambari
should be able to deploy additional Oozie servers, and set appropriate
configuration (oozie.zookeeper.connection.string, oozie.services.ext) for Oozie
to enable HA coordination.
