Hi Yusaku,

I saw it on the release notes page of 1.7.0, it is the first item in the 
improvement part of 1.7.0's release note. Please refer to the following links:

I am not sure if it's my misunderstanding or it's really a mistake. In case of 
mistake, it may be better to take a little time to review other items of the 
release note. Just a kind remind :)
