As part of this ticket following tasks will be accomplished:
# If service selection on the wizard does not include any client component then
do not display client header on "Assign Slaves and clients" page.
Example Scenario: Just select Flume service.
# Disable selection of slave components for existing services. web-ui will
display slave components for existing services but this will be made
non-editable checkboxes. *Reason for this particular change:* 1) On the
review page, we simply show the details for selected services. 2) Deploy
installation step creates all selected slave components irrespective of them
belonging to new/pre-instlled services but the step installs only selected
service's components. So all the extra slave components for pre-installed
service's remain in INIT state after the wizard completion. To install these
components, user anyways requires to navigate to each host and install them
individually.
