We have additional case:
Some clients do not have configs and download request return

"org.apache.ambari.server.controller.spi.SystemException: No cofiguration files
defined for the component"}

We have to process 500 error and show popup with message "No cofiguration files
defined for the component" and one button "OK". After press "OK" we should
close popup
