Redirect the user to the login page if the session is invalidated.
Otherwise, the user is stuck in Admin View UI and cannot even Sign Out.
To reproduce this, run "ambari-server restart". This invalidates the session
token. Now refresh the page, Sign Out, etc. You get a 403 error.
