1. At the top-level of BGO popup, move the location of the (X) icon that
appears on hover to the right of the operation name.
2. In the drilled-down view of a specific operation (just one level down from
the top), display the (X) icon to the right of the operation name in the
drilled-down view as well.
3. In both cases, the tooltip "Abort operation" should appear on hover
(currently, the tooltip says "Abort request", but we are referring to them as
"Background Operations" in the UI, so this makes it consistent.
4. Also, the "-" icon that appears on aborted operations along with other icons
for timeout, etc, are not easy to understand.
