Description:
- on Dashboard> Congfig History, add a 'Config Group' column.
- Make 'Latest modified' the default sorting order on page load.
- on service>configs page,
- add the grayedOut style for history flow box which not belongs to current
config group.
- Click on 'version-History-flow-box' should display this version.
- Click on each 'serviceVersion' in dropdown-menu should display this version.
- Improve Version Popover. as described in
https://hortonworks.jira.com/secure/attachment/37602/config-versioning-v6.pdf
- Hover on 'Version-Info-bar' should show Notes.
- After clicking on 'Make current', the message should be "Are you sure you
want to make <versionText> the current version for <serviceName>: <groupName> ?"
