In the Slider apps table when user hovers on the app link, we should show a
popup containing the following information in table (no borders):

*Description*: apache hbase is the hadoop database, a distributed, scalable,
big data
*Diagnostics*:
org.apache.slider.core.exceptions.TriggerClusterTeardownException: Unstable
Application Instance : - failed with role HBASE_MASTER failing 6 times (2 in
startup);
