Jun, review request (diff) tells me you only removed duplicate 
proceedJDBCProperties call, but Jira description indicates some things are 
missing.. can you be specific? If this Jira only refers to duplicate 
proceedJDBCProperties call, then pl. update the description accordingly and 
attach the patch to Jira.
