Description:
Views API allows access to Admin View UI as a user without AMBARI.ADMIN
privilege.
STR:
* Login as a user without AMBARI.ADMIN
* Hit http://c6401.ambari.apache.org:8080/views/ADMIN_VIEW/1.0.0/INSTANCE/#/
* The server allows access and serves the UI (this is not a caching problem)
