Go to the Configs tab of a running Slider app. The configs are shown
differently than Ambari:
There are no triangles to show expanded/collapsed
You cannot click on the section titlebar to expand/collapse
Keys/Values are shown in a table, instead of being shown as how Ambari
read-only configs in a host are shown. We should show the key and a disabled
textbox containing the value. If the value is more than 100 characters, or has
newlines, we should show it in a disabled TextArea.
