When creating a slider app, we have a Custom section where we can add configs.
The look and behavior is very different than Ambari.
* In Ambari there is a link saying _Add Property..._, but it is a button in
Slider View wizard.
* When config is added we see a _Add_, _Cancel_ buttons. In Ambari this is in a
dialog.
* The remove config action is a button whereas in Ambari it is an icon.
We need to make config editing and viewing consistent across the wizard and
Ambari.
