Current alert data needs to have a latest_text field that indicates the last
text retrieved from the server. For example:
time1: OK: 1 CPU, load 3.2%
time2: OK: 1 CPU, load 4.5%
The 2nd report from the agent will not result in a new record, but the UI needs
the text from time2. Saving that with alert_current will solve that problem.
