When creating a slider app, we have a checkbox for 'Enable Metrics'.
# If {{ganglia_custom_clusters}} is not defined, or is empty, this checkbox
should be disabled
# If {{ganglia_custom_clusters}} is not-empty then checkbox should be enabled
# In either of above cases, when app is finally created and user goes to app
summary, the _Metrics_ section should not be visible.
It should only be visible when _Enable Metrics_ checkbox is checked.
