Click on a running slider app and the look is very different than an Ambari
service summary:
* The section details are shown in a table. We want to show it very similar to
Ambari's service without a table
* Components section used to previously show a green status icon followed by
the component name and host it was on. All this has regressed into a table.
* Section titles are not bolded, or larger than regular text (see Ambari
service summary section title)
* There is a lot of space wasted inside the view on the left and right. We want
to use that space also, as Ambari already creates margins on left and right.
* Alerts section should not have the action link to Nagios, as there is no
Nagios for Slider apps.
