Add SLIDER service to the stacks.
SLIDER is a client only service where deployment of the service consists of
installing "slider" and then configuring it to communicate with the cluster -
namely YARN, HDFS, and ZK.
Additionally, if HA or Security is enabled then SLIDER should be configured
appropriately.
