Summary: Support create new PostgreSQL database for hive metastore

When install hive, Ambari supports the following database options for
hivemetastore:
- New MySQL Database
- Existing MySQL Database
- Existing PostgreSQL Database
- Existing Oracle Database.
It would be great to add one more option "New PostgreSQL Database" in this list
as some customer uses PostgreSQL.
