With a new service definition, a configuration file with a PASSWORD field
shows up in UI but does not mask user input.
eg:
<property require-input = "true">
<name>server.admin.password</name>
<value></value>
<property-type>PASSWORD</property-type>
<description>Admin Password</description>
</property>
is rendered as a text box with clear text.
