When creating a new slider app using wizard, in the configuration's Global
section we have 'Enable Metrics' checkbox. This is currently checked if
{{ganglia_custom_clusters}} view parameter filled. It should only be enabled by
default (if ganglia_custom_clusters is set). Checking it should show next 3
configs. Unchecking it should hide next 3 configs.
