Description:
Services for HDP-2.2 are not shown because HDP-2.2.1 is treated as the new
upgrade version and it does not have any service. HDP-2.2.1 stack had just one
file unintentionally committed by storm kerberization commit
This makes ambari-web not show any service on the page.
