ATS was removed when enabling security on stack 2.2. Corresponding step
appeared in security wizard, and after security was enabled no ATS was present
on hosts.
This seems like a bug in the stack definition of YARN in HDP 2.2, where the
structure prevented retrieving the ATS Component cardinality.
