*Requirements*:
- Master (*Metrics Collector*) : ATS + embedded HBASE (manage all daemons as a
part of the master)
- Slave (*Host Monitor*) : Host monitor daemon that replaces gmond and sends
metrics to the server.
- No client: Deploy the hadoop metrics sink jar along with the Salve.
- Configuration:
-- Configure hadoop-metric2.properties, hadoop-metrics2-hbase.properties
-- Configure metrics monitor and metrics groups (See design doc)
-- Additional changes to yarn-site based on ATS changes.
