Initial patch attached with the stack definition. A few UI tasks remain,
specifically:
1. Not showing the password for the master secret in plain text in the UI.
2. Allowing arbitrary file names in the configuration folder to appear with
content in the config tab.
3. Allowing for the custom commands to appear in the service actions menu (in
this case it is for the demo ldap that comes with Knox)
