Slider view should check for the following
* User's home directory is accessible in HDFS (without which slider apps cannot
be created)
* Cluster's stack-version is supported. (slider-client only works with certain
stacks)
Along with this, it should use whatever YARN user was provided during install
and not hardcode {{yarn}}.
